Appointment requests
Use any Book Appointment button on the website to open the appointment form. Provide your name, phone number, preferred date and a brief description of the concern. The clinic can then contact you to confirm availability and advise whether any preparation is needed.
What to mention when contacting us
- The main ENT symptom or service you are interested in.
- How long the problem has been present.
- Whether symptoms are urgent, rapidly worsening or linked with recent surgery.
- Whether the appointment is for an adult or child.
- Any practical scheduling constraints.
Directions and map
The website map is editable from Appearance → Customize → Vivek ENT Theme Options → Map & Appointment Popup. You can paste a Google Maps embed URL or a complete iframe after you decide the exact clinic location.
Before travelling to the clinic
Confirm the appointment time, bring relevant reports and allow enough time for registration. If an office procedure may be performed, the clinic can advise whether you need to arrive earlier or make any medication or transport arrangements.
For urgent symptoms
Website appointment requests are intended for routine care and are not monitored as an emergency service. Severe breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, serious injury or rapidly worsening symptoms require urgent medical attention through the appropriate local emergency service.
Choosing the right way to contact us
Use the appointment form for routine booking requests, telephone for time-sensitive scheduling questions and email for non-urgent administrative communication. Avoid sending sensitive medical details through unsecured channels unless the clinic specifically provides a secure method.
What happens after an online appointment request
An online request does not automatically confirm a booking. The clinic should contact you to confirm availability, the appropriate appointment type and any preparation required. If you do not receive confirmation within the expected time, contact the clinic directly.
